Frontline - Spying on the Home Front (2007)

"'So many people in America think this does not affect them. They've been convinced that these programs are only targeted at suspected terrorists. … I think that's wrong. … Our programs are not perfect, and it is inevitable that totally innocent Americans are going to be affected by these programs,' former CIA Assistant General Counsel Suzanne Spaulding tells FRONTLINE correspondent Hedrick Smith in Spying on the Home Front."

Who are the "real" terrorists? Are they some organization of religious fanatics or is this a false witch hunt? Or are the real terrorists those in power, the ones we pay taxes to? There is plenty of evidence, most of which isn't reported by the self-proclaimed "most trusted news organization", of very suspicious actions by the Bush administration. Perhaps it's time to take our focus off what they would like us to believe and start demanding the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and prosecute these politicians for the crimes they have committed. I suppose special prisons should be provided for them, perhaps in Cuba with no chance of defending themselves. They could very well be using this data to weed out the genetically inefficient, this is modern day hitlerism at it's worse.

The myth of terrorism has gotten way out of hand, and the neo-con philosophy of guiding the public with perceived threats is very effective.

Frontline:Spying... Unconstitutional insanity. I will not vote for any Republican or any Democrat for any office ever again.
